You know almost a year has past if you see the Freeman’s family portraits posted onto my blog
I have had the greatest pleasure in helping Lisa capture her family memories for the past 4 years. Not only is Lisa a client now, but she is truly one of my greatest friends.
The first photoshoot was Lisa and Nick’s engagement/first family pictures with Addison. I remember when Addison was just about Jackson’s age at the time. Now look at how big she is already! And Jackson was a just a newborn when we took his first pictures, and now he’s such a little man. We had a great time at the beach, and we have pictures to show for it. Check them out! Click here for more pictures in the slideshow.
Cute brother and sister moments.

It’s Daddy’s little monkeys!

I love the funny face that Jackson is making in this picture.

I got to hang out with this cute little family last Saturday, meet the Choi family….
To see more pictures check out the slideshow, click here.
They had just moved into their beautiful home, and were still unpacking. I’m glad that they unpacked the Christmas tree first, it made for a very cute first Christmas picture in their new home

Adri (the mom) wanted to have pictures taken of the girls in their traditional Hanboks (Korean Dresses), before they outgrew them. They look so cute!

The girls loved their lollipops….Rylen wouldn’t let it go!

After lollipops, we had to let the kids work off the sugar

Blowing Kisses.

Meet Hailey, the older sister.

It was funny when Katrina decided to feed Hailey the dirt

Wheee!

If Katrina looks familiar to you, it’s because she was Aidan’s first playdate…look how big and mobile she is now.

This year the Freeman family has expanded. It was just last Christmas when little baby Jackson was still just a little peach inside of his mommy’s belly, and now look how big he has grown. Plus he and Addison have a new baby cousin Stella to play with too. We all met up at a horse ranch in Temecula, California for the photoshoot, where Nick’s dad keeps his horses. Even the horses got their pictures taken
It was more challenging this year with 2 more kids in the mix, but we managed to get some pretty cutie patootie pics….check them out!
Addison is such a big girl now.

Loving the skull knitted hats that Lisa got on etsy.

The girls.
The boys.
The horse smiled for me

A few weeks ago I met up with the Camacho family in Laguna Beach for a family photo shoot. Check out the pictures from the day. And remember to check out the slideshow too! Click here for the slideshow.
Look how cute these girls are….they made my job easy.

Kaylie is older by a year and definitely takes on the older sister role.

Sabrina is the goofy one.

What a beautiful family

What’s a photoshoot without lollipops? Candy is the best bribe in the world.

Some mommy loving

And some goofy faces with dad.

Yellow tongues!

On July 3rd, I got the chance to be a part of Jackson’s Baptism. I can’t believe that he’s gotten so big already. Remember the pictures from the newborn shoot? Click here to see that photoshoot. Now see how much bigger he’s gotten….
Awww, a sweet little smile.

Big sis Addy, playing with Jackson.

This past Saturday I got to meet up with the Freemans again at Riley Wilderness Park and take their family pictures. It has been an amazing year for this family, and I’ve been so honored to get to capture a part of their lives. At this time last year, Lisa and Nick were engaged and I got to take their first family pictures as well as the engagement pics. Then in May they became a family officially when they got married and I was there. Then when Lisa said she wanted to trash her dress at the beach and climb a tree with it, I was there with my camera. And now for the big news…they are expecting!! What’s even more crazy and shows you how much can happen in a course of 7 months, I was still preggers when I shot their last pictures and now I’m not and Lisa is. So now this year not only was this their family pictures, it also doubled up as a maternity shoot for Lisa, even though Lisa’s 4 months bump was barely a bump. But she managed to kindda make it bulge out a little (being preggers is the only time you don’t have to suck in your stomach
Check out the cute family and click here for the slideshow.

Daddy’s Little Girl

Seriously where can I get these Bunny Boots in my size?

I think Lisa is one hot mama!!

The tiny, tiny bump.

Two weekends ago, when I was still somewhat mobile, I went to go shoot my last photoshoot before I become a mom. Craig was finally able to redeem his be-lated Father’s day gift of a photoshoot with his little girl Kayliana. At first Kayliana was a bit shy….not too bad, but she didn’t warm up yet. We had balloons as props, but she got a little scared of them, so I had to bust out the lollipop and that did the trick. Next thing I knew, she was a professional model
Although then all the pics had lollipops in them. However we did get to get some shots at the baseball field, which is what Kayliana and her dad likes to do together and some pics of them goofing off. It was fun to see them interact with each other, it’s such a special bond between father and daughter. Thanks for letting me capture the moments! Check out the pics!

On Sunday, June 20th I joined the Jones and the Kopald family for a Family day party photoshoot. They were celebrating lots of things that day…so they just called it Family Day. There was of course Fathers Day, a graduation and 2 birthdays….that’s a lot of celebrating. The family was wonderful and I had a great time with all of them, and they even fed me cake in the end, which is a huge big bonus for me and baby
Check out some of the fun and silly pictures we ended up getting that day….and click here to view the slideshow.

Right before the New Years, my friend Chelsea and Hau stopped by for a quick visit with Julius, who is already 4 months old. At the rate these children are growing up now, I wanted to take some pictures of him before he goes to college the next time I see him
He’s quite quick for a 4 month old, turning all over the place….so not looking forward to when he can run and I have to chase him with my camera. He is also extremely observant and can stare at you forever without blinking. At 4 months he’s already turning out to be quite the handsome little dude, check him out!
